The Spumante Brut Gabriel represents a new interpretation of the classic Vermentino, transformed into a sparkling wine in the tradition of the finest bubbles from the Prosecco region. Made exclusively from Vermentino grapes, it is harvested earlier than those intended for still wine. After the harvest at the end of August, the grapes undergo gentle pressing followed by slow fermentation at controlled temperatures. The sparkling process is carried out using the Charmat method. The color is a vibrant straw-yellow. On the nose, delicate floral hints of broom and acacia are followed by notes of apple. The taste is savory and fresh, with good persistence. It is ideal as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with vegetable and fish appetizers, fried dishes, and first courses with vegetable or fish sauces.
